Service

Tora Land provides cloud software for property developers and buyers. Developers remain responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of tenant data, contracts, prices and payment instructions.

Accounts and security

Users must protect account access, use accurate information and report suspected compromise promptly. Access may be suspended to protect buyers, tenants or the platform.

Payments

Buyer funds are processed by the payment provider configured by the relevant developer. Tora Land records provider confirmations but is not the seller of land and does not hold buyer funds.

Availability and liability

We operate security, backup and recovery controls designed for reliable service. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

Tenants may export their records and close accounts subject to contractual, legal, retention and dispute obligations.
